β¨Ever feel like getting ready for a ride is not always so straightforward? Depending on the ride length, terrain, weather conditions, and other aspects, preparation might range from 10 minutes to an half an hour (possibly more in some cases π¬). Hereβs a general checklist to help:
Pre-Ride Preparation Checklist
1. Gear Up (5β10 minutes)
β’ π·ββοΈπ§ π Helmet β show your head some love by always wearing one & properly adjusting.
β’ π§€π§€Gloves β For grip and protection.
β’ π Sunglasses β Helps with glare, wind, and debris.
β’ βοΈπ§΄Sunscreen β Apply to exposed skin, even on cloudy days.
β’ πCycling Shoes β If using clipless pedals, ensure cleats are secure.
2. Hydration & Nutrition (5 minutes)
